Payroll
• Check and verify payroll calculations, confirming all payments are accurate and comply with company regulations and legal requirements.
• Address payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
• Supervise payroll processing for expatriate and local employees at HCVN & EIT, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.
• Enhance payroll procedures to improve efficiency and compliance with current laws and company policies.
PIT/Reconciliation/System/Reporting:
• Work closely with the Finance and Accounting teams to effectively reconcile payroll- related costs, including PIT, social insurance, and salaries.
• Generate and manage regular and ad- hoc payroll reports to fulfill management and operational requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance and updating of the payroll system to meet business needs and support enhancements.
• Prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy and availability of all payroll data and documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely PIT withholdings and finalizations, in accordance with Vietnamese PIT law, and manage the issuance of PIT certificates.
People Management:
• Lead and develop the Payroll Service Team, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to team members, equipping them to achieve their goals.
• Assess team performance, identify development opportunities, and implement strategies to enhance skills and expertise.
Others
• Ensure monthly salary postings are accurately executed on the SAP HCM system.
• Take on additional responsibilities and participate in HR projects aimed at improving payroll services and employee satisfaction.
