Job description:
- Communicate directly with customers for questions and design clarification.
- Pad- stack and component creation including schematic symbol and PCB footprint.
- Select PCB material and calculate layer stack- up based on SI PI specification.
- Prepare necessary files for customer review and approval.
- Deploy the schematic diagram.
- Work closely with the SI PI engineer to optimize component placement, layer stack- up, routing priority, and copper plane distribution.
- Netlist to PCB layout and process component placement.
- Cooperate with other departments for any relative issues.
- Process PCB layout routing, trace length matching, power plane, back- drill, clean up DRCs, …
- Generating manufacturing documentation such as Gerbers, IPC, solder paste stencil, assembly drawing, netlist connection…
- Contact fab vendors for DFM specs to ensure the design meets their capability.
- Impedance calculation for single- ended and differential pairs.
- Receive project information from PCB application engineer, sales, and customer.
- Export bill of material (BOM). Calculate and select substitute components.

Qualification
- Good knowledge of Digital circuits, Analog and Mixed- signal circuits, Power supply design, and high- speed design
- At least 02 years of professional experience in the PCB Design field
- Ability to work independently as well as with team members.
- Board testing, Analysis, and Reporting. We are complying with Hardware design rules.
- Able to write/communicate in English.
- Have a background in Electronics, Electrical- Electronics, Mechatronics, or relevant
- Familiar with PCB design tools: Altium, Allegro, PAD…
