In charge of the execution process and driving necessary workstreams regarding operational and business readiness for new partners.
Other support regarding business development and strategy as required by business from time to time
Proactively collaborate with Account Heads, sales teams and bank partners to understand the challenges, identify potential issues and propose solutions to support the business on a regular basis.
Conduct strategic analysis, collect market intelligence and take charge of strategic initiatives and projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement these strategies.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders including local and regional counterparts, consultants throughout the process of dealing with a new potential partnership
Act as the main contact point for all internal/external matters and proactive manage effective relationships with all stakeholders
Support the channel in strategic planning, contests and compensations to achieve business objectives
Responsible for all internal and external meetings including Steering Committees and management discussions to assist decision- making processes.

• Detail- oriented, teamwork, and hard working.
• Good stakeholder management skills and have the ability to execute projects effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree related to economics, business administration, finance etc.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Solid quantitative and analytical aptitude.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Service Industry (relevant experience in financial analysis and M&A is a plus)
