People Advisor (Working in Di An, Binh Duong)

- Contribute to regional HR projects and handle other HR- related responsibilities within your designated sites.
- Implement new HR policies, procedures, and benefits for employees on- site.
- Work with the management team to develop and execute talent management, development, and training initiatives.
- Standardize HR procedures and applications across all sites to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies.
- Plan and oversee onsite manpower resources including full- time employees and outsourced labor.
- Collaborate with people managers to guide employee behavior and resolve problems in alignment with corporate culture, values, and compliance standards.
- Other HR matters as assigned.
- Foster a focused and efficient work environment by continuously improving HR processes across warehouses to adopt best practices.
- Manage HR administrative tasks related to HR systems and the full employee lifecycle.
- Engage in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
- Address complex employee relations issues, manage grievances, and handle disciplinary actions in a proper conduct.
- Oversee HR analytics and the development and maintenance of managerial reports.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that business resourcing needs are met within the agreed- upon timelines.

- Strong customer centric and business partnership mindset and experience.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Preference will be given to candidates with robust experience in HR management systems, including timekeeping, overtime (OT) management, shift scheduling, payroll processing, and leave application systems.
- In- depth familiarity with employee lifecycle management in the warehouse/manufacturing industry is essential
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Solid communication and interpersonal engagement and able to work with all levels of management
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operation roles, MNC environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline.
- Team player, results oriented, self- motivated and good with details
- Knowledge of government regulations including labor code, SHUIs
