People and Operations Executive

Job title: PEOPLE & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Job summary
We are looking for a People & Operations Executive to perform various administrative tasks and manage our HR team’s daily activities. Your experience in Human Resources Management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain a detailed record of the company’s employees.
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the HR team.
Implement employee compensation and benefits programs.
Execute the employee&039;s annual review procedures.
Plan and coordinate internal event activities such as bonding, teambuilding, etc.
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Administrate all the hiring processes of new employees (face to face interview, perform onboard and offboard process)

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to change.
Having experience in the HR department.
Proficiency in all Google Workspace and computer systems.
A positive, “can do” attitude
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Be a humorous and detail-oriented person.
Effective communication skills and leadership skills.
