People capability building/Talent development/ Training:
Coordinate the plant’s people pipeline by training, supporting employees in implementing of their growth plans, feedback, fairly and equitable individual performance evaluation. Make succession plans, develop the reserve forces in a proactive manner.
Support implementation of full year Learning & Development for Supply and Logistics for both functional/technical training and also soft skill training.
Coordinate for employees to be equipped with ABI standards per planning and budget, both domestically and overseas, from the stage of logistics to recording stage.
Close people learning needs gaps, including identifying new initiatives or projects
Build and increase the engagement for team through mindset, collective activities, and training.
Collaborate to deliver the best qualification in employee performance through deliver the best training and development programs in each Supply and Logistics plant.
Work with BU / Zone to lead the Supply Excellent Trainee Program annually, under the supervision of People Business Partner Manager.
Recruitment
Screen CVs and maintain application files of applicants.
Schedule interviews, administer tests to and conduct initial interviews of selected candidates to ensure that only qualified candidates are referred for department- level interviewing.
Build networks to find qualified candidates: Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Trade Groups and Employees.
Take lead and maintain on- board and off- board document
Coordinate internal job posting and internal transfer programs
Well- manage recruitment and candidates’ data and information.
Keep and maintain good relationship with vendor and outside channels on recruitment.
Participate in recruitment event, i.e. job fairs, career days, university, school visits.
Administer new hire procedures, including collecting all legal personal documents and certificates or reference check
General Support
Attend meetings and seminars as necessary and to represent the department.
Support & record People expenses.
Records keeping
Coordinate HR related things with other departments.
Lead the coordination with other functions or Admin function to ensure people- related activities or events to happen timely.
Implement fully and timely HR procedures and flows, include but not limited to processes relating to Probation assessment, Labor Contract milestones, leave monitoring, Immigration for expats- employees (work permit, visa, resident cards); support in accident and health insurance, position descriptions updates; on- boarding for new employees; allowance delivery.
Maintain personnel database and personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and company policies.
Prepare periodic reports for management.
Industrial Relationship, Employee Relationship, Internal Communication
Counsel employees on discipline actions; disputes; illness or disability; and performance problems.
Conduct exit interviews of resigning staffs, identify reasons for staff turnover, highlight issues to line management and recommend program/ HR solutions.
Responsible for HR compliances, including the propaganda, training, reminders, and implementation of legally required activities for plant scope.
Make recommendations on HR matter for legal, procedural, and documentary compliance and fair employee treatments.
Maintain a good employee relation
Act as a channel for two- way communication.
Investigate staff’s grievance and discipline cases and conduct counseling
Others
Conduct projects or tasks assigned by Line Manager with quality and in a timely manner
Organize team engagement and welfare activities.
