Mô tả công việc

Maintaining and controlling People & Culture office stationary supplies at minimal cost and wastage at all times.
Identifying and assisting in planning for the purchasing of supplies, equipment, facilities and services necessary to maintain an efficient office.
Maintaining People & Culture related records in personnel files in a timely manner that meets management information needs at any point of time.
Assigning roster and checking timesheet for People & Culture department to support for monthly payroll.
In charge of legal documents for People & Culture, including Expats’ visa, work permit to ensuring new expats coming covered legally.
Submiting/processing papers for payment related to People & Culture expenses to Finance and Business Support Department.
Maintaining an organized, clean, and professional work area.
Preparing a variety of correspondence, reports, and/or presentations which may include:
- Gathering and summarizing information from various sources
- Doing reports to submit to Local Government.
- Creating spreadsheets, charts, and/or graphics
- Designing and Issuing invitations to employees to attend company’s events.
Being responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
Ensuring information related to colleagues posted on notice board.
Promoting teamwork, company culture and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
Being a friendly face and helping hand to our guests (colleagues)
Complying and support IHG Human Rights Policy, IHG Foundation, IHG Green Engage, IHG Code of Ethics and Business Conduct when administrating all People & Culture tasks.
Assisting colleagues’ issues in a timely manner.
Taking responsibility for own actions and working together with others towards a common company vision to create great hotels guests love.
Completing activities related to assigned projects; assist in establishing project timetables, action steps and status updates; follow- up, as appropriate, to ensure timely execution to meet deadlines.
May be assisting with other ad- hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Distributing information and forms to employees and explaining People & Culture policies and procedures to help employees to understand throughoutly.

Yêu cầu công việc

Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Exposure to payroll practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Meticulous attention to detail.
2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).
Strong decision- making and problem- solving skills.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources or related (essential)
