Complying and support IHG Human Rights Policy, IHG Foundation, IHG Green Engage, IHG Code of Ethics and Business Conduct when administrating all People & Culture tasks.
Maintaining and controlling People & Culture office stationery supplies at minimal cost and wastage at all times.
Ensuring information related to colleagues posted on the notice board.
Promoting teamwork, company culture and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
Being a friendly face and helping hand to our guests (colleagues)
Taking responsibility for own actions and working together with others towards a common company vision to create great hotels guests love.
Maintaining People & Culture related records in personnel files in a timely manner that meets management information needs at any point of time.
Distributing information and forms to employees and explaining People & Culture policies and procedures to help employees to understand throughout.
Assisting colleagues’ issues in a timely manner.
May be assisting with other ad- hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Being responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
Completing activities related to assigned projects; assist in establishing project timetables, action steps and status updates; follow- up, as appropriate, to ensure timely execution to meet deadlines.
Proposing initiatives and driving plan to promote and keep People & Culture social channels attractive, and align to our brand standard
Identifying and assisting in planning for the purchasing of supplies, equipment, facilities and services necessary to maintain an efficient office.
Performing entry- level human resources and administrative duties in support of the hotel’s People & Culture programs and philosophies. Providing basic employee assistance, often serving as the initial point of contact for human resources- related matters. Supporting People & Culture Managers in driving colleagues activities, internal communication and employer branding activities.

Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources or related (essential)
1 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential) or HR Trainee in Hotels/Resorts
Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Exposure to payroll practices.
