People & Culture Executive (Recruitment)

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
Prepare recruitment offers, contracts, and ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards
Liaise closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements, job scopes, and timelines
Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs, mass hiring activities (especially during pre- opening phase)
Manage full- cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer preparation, and candidate communication
Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular recruitment status reports and analytics
Build and maintain a talent pool / CV database for current and future recruitment needs
Onboarding & Joiners Administration
Coordinate with relevant authorities/partners (e.g. PRO or equivalent) for visa, work permit, and related employment documentation where applicable
Coordinate new joiners’ onboarding process, including orientation schedules, documentation, and induction materials
Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth joining, arrival, and integration of new colleagues
People & Culture Operations Support
Support internal audits related to recruitment and People & Culture processes
Coordinate with departments on People & Culture- related matters as assigned
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, databases, and MIS records
Update employee information including personal details, employment history, and status changes
Reporting, Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with Rixos policies, labor law requirements, and ISO Integrated Management Systems
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, manpower tracking, and headcount updates
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
Communication & Employee Relations
Maintain open communication between employees and People & Culture department
Build positive working relationships across all departments
Respond to recruitment and People & Culture- related inquiries professionally and timely
General & Administrative Duties
Organize correspondence, filing systems, and People & Culture documentation
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management
Assist with meeting arrangements, minutes, and internal communications as required
Support the People & Culture team in additional administrative tasks when needed

Professional demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM and sales management software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Results- oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, strong communications with headquarter and other Rixos properties.
Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
