Supporting welcome onboarding, learning, diversity, performance review as well as policy review

Employee Experience & Culture Building: Digitalize employee experience and Culture building

Ability to and a deep commitment to creating environments people can thrive in
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and other departments, to ensure alignment of internal communication efforts with the company’s goals and objectiv
Develop & Deliver strategic communications campaigns and materials, including news stories, leadership messages, website content, newsletters and speaking/interview/training notes across communication channels
Event planning, design and production while managing all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc within time limits
Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts with vendors
Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders

Learning and Talent Development

Having an infectious can- do attitude that inspires others and potentially hold FIRE values
Coordinating internal training programs: planning, facilitating and handle all the issues arisen; support trainers and trainees to ensure the success of the programs
Using and continually develop leadership and management skills

Have experience planning and supporting strategic communications campaigns.
Age: under 30, male is a plus
A strategic and growth mindset focused on initiating new ideas and stories to elevate our communications approach.
Readiness to work in a fast- paced, complex yet dynamic work environment, and multitask on a variety of projects while operating with a sense of urgency and delivering excellent quality.
At least 3 years full- time working experience in related fields
Stellar communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex ideas persuasively and efficiently through digital, social, print and spoken channels.
A team player with a strong desire to learn and collaborate as part of an integrated team, while also being self- driven and independent.
Keen attention to detail, editing and proofreading skills, and high standards for timely product delivery, including by liaising with managers & directors
