Recruitment
Advertising opening jobs to attract candidates from both internal & external
Be in charge of the full life cycle of the recruitment process: collect hiring demands, sourcing, selection, offering.
Proactively build passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool
C&B
Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record- keeping and proper deductions.
Administer health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
Engagement
Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Be challenged in a full cycle of organizing internal activities, involving planning, preparation, logistics, communication, pre- event, set- up, execution and post- event
Others
Support in providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
Support to deliver HR services to employees through their full employee life cycle: On/Off- boarding, Learning and development activities, Performance management activities, HR management system (HRIS)
🤩 Who You Are
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
1- 3 years of HR experience.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Google Suite or related software.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
