Responsibilities
Help develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with company values and local labor laws.
Assist in communicating policies and procedures to employees, ensuring awareness and compliance.
Collaborate with cross- functional and global teams to ensure a seamless and efficient people operations process implementation.
Assist in coordinating various people operations processes and initiatives for offices worldwide, such as employee onboarding, performance reviews, and employer branding improvement.
Serve as a point of contact for employees&039; process- related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and escalating issues as needed.
Employee Onboarding:
Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and introductions to key team members.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Employee Relations
Work closely with managers to address performance issues and support employee development.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
Performance Management
Identify opportunities for professional development and training.
Support the performance appraisal process by guiding managers and employees.
Culture and Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team- building activities, and recognition programs.
