As a part of the Client Management Services division of the Business Analytics and Advisory department, the Livestream team is responsible for the management, production, and analysis of commercial livestreams.
Reporting to the Livestream Manager, the Performance Analytics Lead will be responsible for the review, analysis, and reporting of overall livestream and host performance of livestreams. The Performance Analytics Lead will be primarily responsible for analyzing and suggesting recommendations for consumer engagement, activities to increase traffic (both organic and inorganic), and host performance. They will also collaborate with Commercial Key Account Managers to analyze the effectiveness of promotions and sales. The ideal candidate should be well- organized and adaptable to a rapidly- changing business environment and the needs of the client.
In the Performance Analytics Lead role, the candidate will be responsible for:
Manage coordination of internal resources cross- functionally and across teams
Arranging and organizing materials for reports to senior management at OnPoint to provide better visibility of brand livestream performance and quality
Oversight and analysis livestream performance and quality, including consumer engagement; adherence to both script and client branding and marketing guidelines; and host performance
Assist Commercial team with livestream promotion and sales performance analysis through data and insight provision
Development of reports to analyze key results and findings of livestream performance and quality, including insight and recommendations for performance and quality improvement
Gathering and organizing livestream performance data for report development
