JOBDESCRIPTIONS
Performance System Design and Implementation:
Lead the creation and execution of a performance management framework that aligns with the company’s mission, values, and strategic objectives.
Partner with cross- functional leaders to ensure the framework addresses the needs of all departments, while remaining adaptable to evolving business goals.
Develop performance appraisal processes, documentation standards, and training materials to ensure consistent and fair evaluations.
Goal Setting and Alignment:
Implement a goal- setting process that aligns individual and team objectives with company goals, ensuring clarity, relevance, and measurability.
Provide resources, training, and support to managers to effectively set, track, and review goals with their teams, reinforcing accountability and motivation.
Facilitate quarterly and annual goal alignment workshops to keep objectives synchronized with organizational priorities.
Coaching and Development:
Track coaching engagement and feedback to assess the impact and effectiveness of development programs.
Train managers on effective feedback techniques, focusing on constructive communication that supports employee growth and improvement.
Design coaching programs that provide managers with the tools and resources to guide, support, and develop their teams effectively.
Performance Data Analytics and Reporting:
Compile and present performance insights in quarterly reports to inform leadership on employee performance patterns, departmental achievements, and developmental needs.
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, using data to support continuous improvement in performance management.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all reporting.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Coordinate with the Learning & Development team to support retention through targeted development programs that address career growth and satisfaction.
Design and implement initiatives that foster a positive work environment and build employee engagement, utilizing insights from performance reviews.
Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee engagement and identify opportunities for improvement in the employee experience.
