Performance Marketing (Fluent In English - Salary Range: 800 - 1200 Usd)

The Junior Performance Marketing Executive supports the performance marketing team in executing and monitoring campaigns. This entry- level role focuses on learning and applying digital marketing principles to contribute to campaign success.
· Support in the development of creative briefs and ad copy.
· Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
· Assist in setting up and managing performance marketing campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
· Assist Senior Performance Marketing Executive with report preparation.
· Monitor and track campaign budgets to ensure adherence to planned spending, reporting any discrepancies.
· Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent analytical skills.
· 1- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
· Fluent in English.
· Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Good understanding of digital marketing channels.
. Detail- oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
· Self- motivated and eager to learn and grow.
· Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

· Social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance will be by Labor Law
· Working days: Monday- Friday (09:00- 18:00)
· Regulated time for performance evaluation and periodic salary review.
· 13th month salary by company policies and regulations
