Performance Marketing Specialist

Customer Journey Optimization- Customize, optimize and track the performance of the customer journey from the awareness phase to product usage, conversion to paying customers, and encouraging repeat purchases.
Strategy Development- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with business goals.- Identify new opportunities and growth areas to enhance digital marketing efforts.- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Campaign Managemen- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.- Manage and monitor PPC campaigns, ensuring budget adherence and ROI optimization- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to maximize campaign performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and campaign performance for stakeholders.- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, customer io, and others to track and report on campaign performance and user behavior.
SEO & ASO- Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.- App Store optimization

You have...

Experience with marketing automation tools such as...
A faster learner with a data- driven mindset, great logical thinking, and tech- savvy
Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, CRO, and social media advertising.
Fluent English
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast- paced environment.
5+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using analytics tools.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.\
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
