Performance Marketing Specialist

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including:
- CPM (Cost per Mille)
- Cost per Conversion
- CPC (Cost per Click)
- Conversion Rate
- CTR (Click- Through Rate)
Manage and adjust advertising budgets according to campaign phases, with the ability to scale budgets effectively (increase ad spend while maintaining or improving performance).
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ideate and produce creatives (images, videos, ad copy) tailored to specific target audiences.
- Stay up- to- date with Facebook’s latest advertising policies and trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain campaign effectiveness and compliance.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance reviews to identify the most effective combinations of content, audience targeting, placements, and budget allocation.
- Evaluate the performance of ad creatives based on data (clicks, conversion rate, etc.) and propose improvements (e.g., visual elements, captions, CTAs – Call To Action).

- Preferred candidates are those who have worked with high- budget ad accounts.
- Knowledgeable in tracking, Facebook Pixel, campaign structure, and budget allocation models such as CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization) and ABO (Ad Set Budget Optimization).
- Proficient in conversion- focused ad techniques, with a solid understanding of key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPA (Cost per Action), etc.
- Possess logical thinking and strong data analysis skills, with a proactive approach in proposing optimization strategies when needed.
- Hands- on experience in running Facebook Ads, preferably for mobile games
- Strong ability to evaluate and collaborate on improving ad creatives and content.
- Skilled in scaling ad budgets efficiently – increasing spend without compromising campaign performance.

- Additional allowance upon official employment: 1- 2 million VND
