Performance Marketing Specialist (Up-To $7000)

Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies on Facebook platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value.
Test and iterate ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data- driven decisions for optimization.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Keep your finger on the pulse of Facebook advertising trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve.
Plan, set up, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns effectively.

Experience in the e- commerce industry or with direct- to- consumer brands is a plus.
A bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Extra points if you graduated from top universities (local or global) and had a GPA that sparkled.
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.
In- depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving outstanding results in performance marketing campaigns.
2- 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Facebook advertising.
