Performance Marketing Team Lead (Facebook)

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team.
Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaignstomeet company KPIs.
Work with the data team to analyze campaign data and identify areas of improvement.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up- to- date on new technologies and techniques.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition,and revenue growth.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives that drive conversions.
Lead and mentorateam of 3- 4 marketing specialiststoimprove their performance, knowledge and skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 1 years of experience in managing a team of 3- 5 marketing specialists.
Self- starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and working in afast- paced environment.
Strong technical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms, including setting up campaigns, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and abilitytointerpret datatodrive business decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proficient in Reading skill.
Experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
At least 2 years of experiencein e- commerce, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.
