We are looking for an Potential Marketing Performance Lead to lead and manage the Performance team managing digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong Data Analysis, team management, and process optimization skills.\

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build Objective, Initiative, and Actionable plan for the team:
- Develop Models to achieve Targets
- Set up Performance Objectives for the team
Manage the team to execute Initiatives and action plans:
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team
- Lead & Manage a team of 3- 5 members
- Establish an operational Process to manage members&039; Daily/Weekly/Monthly activities
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up- to- date on new technologies and techniques.
Coach & grow team members on Mindset and Skillset.
Collaboration with cross- functional team to achieve objectives:
- Create Sales Forecasts/Scale Plans for the Short Term and Long Term to collaborate with Fulfillment team.
- Collaborate with Content team to develop effective creatives that drive conversions
