RESPONSIBILITIES:
Secretarial and Administration
Maintain proper filing of all documents daily both in hard copies and scanned copies
Maintain confidentiality of all matters pertaining to the Director’s Office.
Hotel and air tickets booking for the Director’s Office
Organize meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre- meeting briefings and meeting papers.
Translate into English / Vietnamese (letters, press materials,…)
Arrange visa, travel (both local and overseas) booking, notarization, legalization, etc. for the Director’s Office and visitors when requested
Arrange refreshments for visitors when meeting with the Director
Type correspondence, reports, contracts, faxes of the Director
Take phone messages, screen calls and enquiries when the Director is absent or in meeting
Business Assistant
Participate actively in key events
Need to have some knowledge of MM Mega Market Business, Strategy & upcoming action plans
Structure communication with other Departments
Set together the agenda for meetings
Join in meetings take notes of key topics & decisions
Other ad- hoc secretarial and administrative duties when requested.
Other Duties
REQUIREMENTS:
Good in English and Vietnamese, both in written and spoken.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications
Excellent skills for MS office software and typing skills
Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
Personal quality such as maturity, integrity, decent, high level of accuracy, strong in organizing works and time management, commitment and reliable.
Excellent skills for using office machines like print machine, scan machine
Have experiences in the service industries, customer services
WORK LOCATION: Lot B, An Phu- Anh Khanh New Residential, Binh Trung Ward, Thu Duc City (District 2)
WORKING TIME: 8:30- 17:30 Monday to Friday
