• Teaching at IIHC as and when requested.
• Refers or recommends matters to appropriate departments and staff for action and report.
• Researches and assembles information from a variety of sources for the preparation of reports.
• Maintains data base and files.
• Translates for the CEO- IHG in office or public events.
• Ensures materials and reports for signature are accurate and complete; proofreads and checks typed and other materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IHG standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains the CEO- IHG work schedule/calendar; coordinates, arranges, and confirms meetings.
• Works for all businesses related to the responsibility of the CEO- IHG.
• Types and/or drafts memoranda, correspondence, and other documents and reports often of a sensitive and confidential nature.
• Storing and keeping all confidential information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Receives telephone calls, providing information and handling issues that may require sensitivity and use of sound, independent judgment.
• Arranges meetings and accompanies the CEO- IHG.
• Schedules, prepares agenda and meeting materials, and makes minutes for various meetings.
• Coordinates work with other executives and support staff to ensure a high performance, customer service- oriented work environment.
• Acts as liaison in coordinating inter- departmental IHG matters.
• Reviews, determines the priority, and routes of incoming correspondence, reports, requests, and instructs; handles or refers matters as directed.
• Represents the CEO- IHG on internal committees and task forces and with external groups and organizations.
• Keeps matters related to job strictly confidential.
• Taking minutes of meetings as requested.
• Responds to requests for information and complaints, refers matters to appropriate people and/or takes or recommends action to resolve the request or complaint.
• Provides secretarial and administrative support to the CEO- IHG.
