Phát Triển Sản Phẩm-Product Development (Garment)

Conducting development meeting/Technical meeting/Size set meeting/Pre production meeting/post production meeting.
Preparing, maintaining documents & providing information to relevant departments.
Following up samples in critical path from initial stage to final on time to production start dates.
Effective customer communication to clarify issue in line with critical path of production & pass necessary information to relevant departments & sub- contracting plants.
Reviewing costing & construction sheets, identify & propose alternative costing options which are profitable for the organization & feasible for production.
Offering customer newness, new technology, and new fabrics/liners/trims etc prior to season production start.
Conducting the risk assessment of styles with coordinating pattern maker, development merchandiser & IE.
Setting quality standards for individual operations to ensure the bulk production is as the customer requirement.

• Good at English language literacy (Speaking, Listening, Writing)
• Commitment personality; Good at teamwork, communication skills, presentation skills & problem- solving skills.
• Sound knowledge on garment construction /Fitting
• Graduated from University/ College with Major of Garment/Fashion Design or relevant.
• Have at least 3 years of working experience in a similar job role in Garment Companies (Ability to handle Swimwear product).
• Pattern making skill will be an added advantage.
