− Translate materials to JP/VN/EN if any.
− Understand issues from customers and give out solutions, consultant customers
− Understand about system and study to have know leade systems to support customers
− Working directly to customer to solve issues from customers
− Prepare materials to deal with customers/developer if any
− Understand business of projects to work or deal with customers/development team

− JP fluently, over N2
− English is 600 TOIEC
− Have 1 years at least as IT Comtor
− Have skill to scope with customer and have at least 2 years of working with JP customer directly
− Have certificates related development is an advantage
− Have at least 1 years working in software development industry
