Phó Giám đốc chất lượng (May mặc) - Quality Assistant Manager

Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
Ensure all relevant information / records are maintained in accordance with required standards to support decision making on quality
Assess the performance of suppliers and rank them accordingly in order to improve quality standards
Support the conduct of quality audits to ensure product/process is in compliance with the customer requirements
Ensure strict compliance to health and safety procedures / 5S initiatives to comply with the company standards
Attend all the relevant QA team meetings to plan all the quality related activities
Monitor all in process and end process quality related parameters to ensure an uninterrupted manufacturing process
Ensure the accuracy of garments against specifications to adhere to quality assurance procedures set by the company
Monitor the entire quality assurance process to meet the customer requirements

- 5- 6 years of working experience in a similar capacity in Garment manufacturing companies
- Leadership and management skill, communication skill, team mentoring/coaching skills;
- Self- driven, team player, motivated, with good analytical & numerical skills;
- Postgraduate Degree/professional qualification/Diploma in Textile Technology or a relevant field
- Quickly get adaptable, able to work under high pressure;
- LEAN built in Quality
- Proficiency in English (4 skills)
