Phó Giám Đốc Nhà Máy (Deputy Factory Manager )

Researching into improving productivity, product quality, reducing production cost.
Manage the Engineering and production dept to achieve high quality of product, less customer complaint and yield improvement activity as company requirement.
Managing and controlling the raw material, input material and output production and finish goods.
Quality target for customers
Using production assistance tools (6S, Preventative Maintenance, Visual Management, etc…) in production.
In charge of factory production, engineering and logistics (planning, store and import-export)
Working in co-ordination with the production managers & supervisors, product Engineers to achieve Optimum Production; Fulfilling the Quality Pre-requisites.
Direct monitor in process of production, solve productive problems if they happen
Planning and implementing production plan, ensuring progress delivery.

Yêu cầu công việc

Have at least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing management, garment/textile/apparel is preferred
Have strategy view point and long-term plan mindset
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication in English
Ability to work independently and under high pressure
Strong leadership and result oriented, fast learning
Good verbal, presentation, negotiation and written communication skills
