[PHO24] Senior Training Manager

* Orientation & In-house Training

- Facilitate weekly New Hire Orientations.

- Double check all New Hires' required documents (Visual Validation sheets, etc.) are completed and fill in their employee file (employee tracking).

- Work with Operation regarding staff feedback (comments)

- Retrain the staff if necessary

- Order and manage all training materials

- Conduct, ensure trainings are being completed with New Hires and ready to work at store after training.

- Make check points in stores regarding staff (after training, execution in operation)

* Training Operation/ Management

- Coordinate with HRBP to develop key Talent, Learning and Leadership initiatives by administering annual people development process and consolidation of annual training plan.

- Manage training budget

- Actively develop a learning environment

- Assist Managers engaged in the Leadership Development Program (DM/SM/ASM)

- Assist staff engaged in a Supervisor program / position to develop their leadership skills (CREW).

* Talent Management

- Providing research, analysis, and interpretation across multiple businesses and markets, then leverage that insight to decide and implement talent strategies

- Driving annual talent review and succession planning cycle

- Develop sustainable programmes for talent growth, such as Management Trainee Programmes and seeing through it end to end.

- Develop, refine and implement the Performance Appraisal Process in collaboration

- Managing and executing the employee performance cycles from end-to-end; planning, alignment with the business, communication, engagement, and execution

- Hospitality, F&B experience is a must

- Minimum 5 - 7 year experience as Training Manager/ Supervisor position

- Fluent English communication
