WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Photo editing and designing role:
-Handle important, special, and/or urgent projects with clients including enhance images, cropping, adjusting tone, color correction, images masking, clip pathing and related items
-Responsible for internal visual artworks, design marketing banners, and other branding materials
-Continue to research/improve retouching techniques to be in line with industry standard
Retouching role:
-Responsible to manage performance, quality of vendors/suppliers/outsourced post-production team in photo editing projects
-Responsible to manage communication/expectation between Sales team, client team and vendor team
-Doing QC check on daily basis to all projects, trial runs before submitting to clients
-Responsible to create and maintain manuals, working guidelines of each client
-Accountable for meeting deadlines with quality deliverable of outsourced post-production team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
-Minimum 2 years of experience of professional retouching at a fast-paced post-production company
-Expert skills in Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo, video editing software
-Strong background of color theory. Able to work in CMYK and RGB. Ability to retouch to match a wide range of creative styles/aesthetics based on reference imagery
-Good English communication in written and speaking
-Has a network of freelance photo retouch teams
-Ability to be independent or part of a team
-Ability to manage tight schedule and deadline
