MAIN DUTIES:
Photography & Videography
- Collaborate with agencies when necessary to brief and oversee the production of photo and video content, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Assist with media and professional photo/video shoots within the hotel.
- Maintain and update the hotel’s photo library on a monthly basis.
- Conduct in- house photography and video production to support hotel operations and promotional activities, including but not limited to daily events, happenings and special occasions.
Graphic design for hotel collaterals
- Regularly track, file, and organize monthly collaterals in the department’s shared folders.
- Advise on product specifications, including print quality and materials
- Design and execute high- quality collateral/material that enhances the hotel image.
- Collaborate with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery and high- quality of printed materials.
- Ensure hotel collateral meets the highest standards, consistently complying with Sofitel- Sofitel Legend and Accor brand guidelines.
- Adapt Sofitel and Sofitel Legend brand guidelines to a variety of hotel collaterals, including signage, electronic signatures, stationery, and other branded products.
Administrative & Database Management
• Regularly update and manage the hotel guest database, consolidating contacts from microsite subscribers, corporate affiliations (AmCham, Eurocham, etc.), hotel departments (outlets and front office) for use in special event/purpose invitations.
• Manage purchasing requests and orders for promotional materials and branded products.
• Support the team and other departments by providing specifications, files, and recommendations for printed collaterals, ensuring compliance with hotel and brand standards.
Replacement and Temporary mission
• He/She may be asked to assist with special projects or temporarily support other areas, such as the commercial or administrative departments, as necessary.
• He/She may be assigned additional responsibilities as needed by the reporting line.
Miscellaneous
• He/She is expected to comply promptly with reasonable requests from their supervisors, provided these requests are within normal working conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless execution of all job- related tasks.
