TNA: Training need assessment
Coordinate with each team to seek support from internal trainer to add on training resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
Coordinate with Production Supervisor to identify and assess the training needs of production both in full- time and part- time of the team which’s in charge of, through job analysis, career paths and make a consultation with sourcing manager for training plan properly;
Coordinate with PE, BD & QL to evaluate editor performance to ensure that training meet business needs and improving performance, required quality standards;
Coordinate with HRBP team to assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement for the Vocational training and Succession training for Editor, QC;
Deliver assigned form of training:
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs;
Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management;
Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities;
Trainee evaluation system: Set up a trainee evaluation system for timely improvement;
Develop training manuals that target tangible results;
Calendar/Booking system: Organize & manage classes and track training calendar both offline & online in areas of technical assignment;
Implement effective and purposeful training methods and core tools and techniques training that provides a solid foundation for entry into live production;
Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
E- Learning Production: Coordinate in designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective educational materials for online learning environments.
Internal production optimization: Coordinate with the Quality team in testing, implementing, measuring and upgrading existing products.
Deliver training requests when onboarding new clients: Coordinate with Product Expert team + Production team to hand on the material from Expert team in order to deliver training courses to Production editors or vocational editor trainees.
Live production performance follows up: Tracking the result after training by following up the performance of editors during their live production and reporting to related departments for taking proper actions.
Being responsible for training types: Core skills training: upgrade skills training of existing style, recurring skill training: quality improvement training; training for new product, update style training;
Provide additional support on: Consult Quality team in improving quality system procedures: Setup system workflow, develop/update system, delivery system.
