PHP Programmer (English Required)

Maintain alignment with Straits Financial Group IT policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain PHP dynamic websites based on business requirements
Maintain existing application systems and websites used by Straits Financial Group.
Design UI/UX and develop interactive and dynamic websites based on business requirements.
Design, setup, configure and maintain Databases using MySQL/Postgres or MS SQL for use with PHP web applications.
Understand and gather requirements from users requirements for application system development.
Develop and maintain in- house enterprise applications like out of office system, CRM, etc using PHP on Laravel Framework

Good at English is preferred. (Candidate would be interviewed with foreign manager)
Working knowledge of commodity futures trading platforms is a plus
Self- motivated, high level of dependability, organization, attention to detail, strong communication and problem solving skills required. Candidate must be able to efficiently multi- task in a fast- paced and challenging environment
Minimum 2 years’ application development experience ideally full stack development experience.
Strong team player.
Strong knowledge and experience in Website development is desirable. Including but not limited to HTML5, CSS, PHP, Laravel, etc.
Strong knowledge and experience in database design and development is desirable.
Python coding and knowledge on Robotic Process Automation tools is a plus.
Ability to pick up new programming languages for application development.
Background and working knowledge of IT Compliance and cybersecurity is a plus
