Planning Architect

• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments to inform the planning process and identify constraints and opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to define project goals, requirements, and design objectives.
• Integrate principles of urban design, architecture, landscape architecture, and sustainable development to create cohesive and innovative master plans.
• Work on the conceptualization, design, and development of master plans for urban areas, residential communities, commercial districts, and mixed- use developments.
• Develop architectural drawings, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design concepts and proposals effectively.
