Planning Executive

• Planning & Business Analysis:


• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, develop & implement trade marketing, usage programs based on management strategy


• Support for planning in clusters (support campaigns, portfolio process etc.)


• Supports, reviews and provides regular status updates on management projects. Regular visits & relationship building with key sub-shippers over Vietnam


• Performance analysis & action proposal


• Quality Assurance:


• Create and maintain training guidelines, modules, and programs designed for KA


• Develops, implements, and modifies training programs to ensure effectiveness and quality improvement


• Ad hoc problem solving/operations support

• Critical knowledge and experience


• BA in marketing / economics / business administration


• 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, project management or similar


• Excellent MS Excel skills


• Field Force/Sales ops experience is a priority


• English language a must


• Execution and result orientation


• Self-awareness
