Warehouse management

Directly manage the inbound and outbound of Dongnai&039;s leased warehouse
Ensure timely entry and exit of the warehouse and safe storage
Follow up and compare the inbound and outbound of the coastal defense finished product warehouse

Cargo Management

Timely update inventory, production and warehousing
Reasonably transfer warehouses to the northern region based on sales demand
Compare production progress with the factory

Authentication management

Manage logistics suppliers, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of logistics and delivery efficiency
Timely apply for product certification and release, update some new standards

Multi category import management

Coordinate and arrange the warehouse for storage in a reasonable manner
Follow up on the import and warehousing progress of multiple categories such as air conditioners, gifts, washing machines, purifiers, etc
Follow up on the financial system inventory
Resolve the procedures for customs clearance process

Other task: Process some temporary sales reports

University graduation
3 years of experience or fresher is welcomed
Good in Chinese for working
Multiple tasks handling ability
Able to work under high- pressure
Good in MS office (excel/ PowerPoint)
