Planning Manager

Core Purpose of the Job:

Be responsible for planning, managing forecast and provide meaningful market intelligence to achieve sustainable growth and to exceed business expectations; duties include budgeting, inventory and service management, risk analysis, and taking active role as process owner on the Sales and Operation Planning process (S&OP)

Job Description:
Planning:

Manage demand plan database to ensure the integrity of data used for analysis
Manage forecast process and Demand Plan KPIs.
Monitor and reviews historical sales and promotion impact, as well as pipelining assumptions, to continuously improve forecast accuracy, and to provide contingency plans for management teams.
Own and facilitate effectively the Sales and Operating Planning (S&OP) processes.
Align all colleagues and departments concerned when addressing issues and solving problem
Network management for new product launches, formulation and package changes, promotion activities through timely scheduling and frequent communication with related departments.

Merchandise:

Produce and maintain financial departmental reporting, including seasonal open- to- buy, margin planning, markdown and inventory targets.
Manage allocations of stock throughout the season, to minimise unnecessary stock holdings for maximum stock efficiency.
Analyse and recap sales results and inventory forecasts and present business recaps to management at quarterly update meetings.
Maximize sales by identifying top sellers and initiating reorders to support the trend within open- to- buy parameters while optimizing inventory position.

Good at analysis and logical thinking
Good at Microsoft Office (Especially excel skills and email written)
Able to work under high pressure.
Good at English both oral and written
At least 3- year working experience as the same roles & level
Project management skill
Time management and daily tasks priority skills
Good communication & negotiation skill
Strong experience in Fashion/Comestic/Beauty Retail industry is a plus
