Research & Strategic Planning
Collaborate with the Board of Management (BOM) to develop long- term strategies for products, services, and business growth.
Research business models, new products, and innovative solutions to propose effective strategies.
Analyze market trends, industry insights, competitors, and business opportunities.
Planning, Consultation & Pitching
Coordinate with the Account team to propose appropriate budgets, ensuring campaign KPIs and objectives are met.
Present plans to clients, gather feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Conduct research and analyze customer needs to propose tailored strategies.
Develop strategic proposals and creative solutions for clients.
Attend client meetings to gather insights and identify requirements (Briefing).
Campaign Execution & Supervision
Work closely with departments to ensure smooth execution and efficiency.
Develop detailed implementation plans and manage campaign KPIs.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose improvements for future projects.
Monitor and optimize strategies throughout execution, resolving any arising issues.
Team Management: Strategic Planning, Design & Marketing Teams
Collaborate closely with the Design team to ensure visual concepts align with strategic objectives.
Take full responsibility for team performance and business outcomes.
Enhance team competencies in strategic thinking, market analysis, creativity, and pitching.
Oversee the Marketing team, building and executing digital marketing and content marketing campaigns aligned with business strategies.
Recruit, train, and develop the Strategic Planning, Design, and Marketing teams.
Candidate Requirements
Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing cross- functional teams (Strategic Planning, Design, Marketing).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), particularly PowerPoint for professional presentations.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Marketing/Advertising/Commerce industry.
Strong expertise in market research, strategic planning, pitching, and campaign management.
Creative, strategic mindset, with a keen sense of market trends and customer behavior.

Monday to Friday: From 09:00 to 18:00.
Saturday: From 09:00 to 12:00.
