* Purpose of Job:
- Collaborate with Merchandising team, Material team, Production team as well as other functional team to proactively follow up order to ensure company goals are achieved.
- Manage factory capacity, monitoring forecast, order loading to ensure order quaintly will be fully utilized to achieve target fill rate
- BU PPC Planning manager will manage orders to ensure achieve MDP, SDP, and other Availability related KPIs in BVN to meet SPIKE target
* Key accountabilities
- Attend weekly meeting with VNLO, PPC China . Report and handle other tasks are assigned by direct manager
- Build and maintain close working relationships with material team , accessories team to ensure material supplying to production team with sufficient Leadtime.
- Evaluate job performance of team member on a regular basis and actively coach/ develop to build their skills and capabilities.
- Review open forecast, check material availability constraint and plan internal pull forward order. Follow up greige booking, MTF order , IPF material delivery and leftover
- Handle other customer TCA customer, Cricket order
- External Transfer order execution : inform Development team for transfer package preparation, submit PO, PTP transfer to LO Internal Transfer order execution : prepare order transfer, inform production, material team for transfer process
- Monitor bulk order delivery to ensure delivery meet customer Availability KPI (MDP/ SDP) to meet SPIKE target. Handle all special requirement from customer , VNLO for garment delivery. Follow production status, proactively identify and address potential problems to Production Planning manager and Top management as appropriate.
- Monitoring forecast Buyplan update, check external fill rate, internal fill rate include second operation process capacity. Report to production planning team if order over loading or under loading , critical constraint issue and work with functional team to find solution.
- Manage LCO90 order confirmation, verify allocation, priority order, check material delivery to confirm PSDD/FPD in adidas system, submit to VNLO planning for validation. Report OCP/PCP KPI to material team, escalate critical failure & ask for material improvement.
