Planning & Purchasing Executive (Spare Parts)

Ensure safety stock for high- demand key products, while proactively managing long- standing inventory and collaborating with Sales to propose solutions.
Collect and analyze sales data of Service Team to compile volumes and buying trends in order to plan and source spare parts with best prices.
Regularly engage with sales team to understand customer needs
Directly and indirectly manage nationwide procurement needs for the Service team.
Conduct re- sourcing at least once a year (re- evaluate and compare prices among multiple suppliers) for key product lines or suppliers involved in frequent transactions to ensure the purchasing price remains the best on the market with desired quality.
Proactively work with the Technical Team to get purchasing requirement, outsourced services, and conduct field surveys to identify multiple solutions and the best- priced sources with suitable quality.
Conduct a minimum of 2 Supplier meetings per year to assess suppliers, evaluate supply capabilities, negotiate pricing, and exchange insights on emerging trends and new substitutes.
Collaborate with the Technical team to check and provide essential materials, equipments, spare parts for all Service Stations.

• At least 2 years experienced in planning and procurement. Passion for sourcing, always focused on customers and delivering the best results. Technical knowledge/backgroundis a plus.
