Rolling Forecast ManagementOversee the monthly rolling forecast process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
Budgeting & Resource AllocationSupport budgeting processes to ensure marketing investments align with business priorities and performance targets.
Performance Monitoring & SteeringDevelop and manage performance tracking frameworks to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive data- driven decision- making.

Knowledge

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, e- commerce performance metrics, and financial planning.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, or BI platforms.

Strong strategic thinking and problem- solving abilities.

Experience

4+ years of experience in e- commerce, strategic planning, or business intelligence.
Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, performance monitoring, and strategic planning processes.
Proven track record in strategy, planning, or analytics roles within digital marketing, e- commerce, or related industries.
Experience collaborating cross- functionally with marketing, finance, and leadership teams.
