Planning Staff

- Develop test methods to ensure power system quality and capacity.
- Respond to requests and inquiries for technical information.
- Identify and work to correct deficiencies in the current process.
- Complete all relevant documents and records.
- Design test methods to validate the performance of systems and components; check the properties.
- Research customer requirements to develop electrical products; Research and test manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
- Guide technical staff through tracking and monitoring their work.
- Collect, analyze and synthesize information and trends for product reporting.
- Design and conduct research programs that apply electrical and materials knowledge to evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications.
- Design and adapt equipment for developing and assembling components.
- Comply with company standards, ensuring all design and regulatory requirements are met.
Train and guide other technical staff to complete the project.
