Planning Supervisor

Our client is a packaging manufacturer. Due to business growth, we are seeking potential candidates for the position of PLANNING SUPERVISOR. The scope of work includes:

Ensure the smooth day- to- day functioning of production planning.
Manage raw material and finished goods stock levels, optimize usage, minimize wastage, and increase production output.
Control and oversee the operations of the Planning Section to achieve optimal performance.
Monitor production planning and capacity, and communicate finish goods delivery dates to customer service.
Generate and review planning reports and other necessary documentation.
Collaborate with production, technical, sales, and other related departments.
Prepare monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) reports.

Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook; Excel expertise is essential
Language proficiency: Business- level English
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the packaging industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals from various cultural backgrounds
Experience: Demonstrated functional/technical knowledge, skills, and abilities
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in relevant field
