Planning Supervisor

- Raw material balancing and FIFO control.
- Making and adjust Master Plan to be daily updated.
- Weekly meeting with Sale marketing for existing order, forecast plan and current situation.
- Supervise and manage planning team.
- Daily meeting to all team members to communicate and control target, specific work, discipline, Tidy, 6S, Quality and company news.
- Production planning daily meeting for Master plan and delivery plan.
- Minimized raw material inventory and finished goods inventory.
- Improve communication for a team.
- Promote positive thinking strategy within the organization in order to cope/adapt with changes.
- Control input of material up to finished good on time delivery.
- Planning by lean management concept.
- Evaluations of Production Planning Control supervisor are based on regarding Key performance Indicator (KPI).
- Effectively/continuously adjust and revise the plan to reflect actual situation and maintain correct delivery schedule.

- Years of experiences:From 2 experienced years in manufacturing environment.
- Requirements (If having):Be responsible, detailed, work independently
- Education:Bachelor degree in Economic, Business Administration.
- Speciality Level / Foreign languages / Computing:English, MS Office.
- Abilities / Skills:Make plan & organization skill; Communication, presentation, problem solving, time management, analyzing and collection.
