Planning Supervisor

Specifically, the main tasks of this position are as follows:
+ Receive information and prepare production plan as requested by customers (sales department) to ensure production output which is satisfied customers demands.
+ Solve problems in the production planning department and handle customer complaints and questions
+ Proper raw material and finished goods quantity stock control
+ Conduct production planning for the whole factory
+ Proceed to order raw materials according to actual needs, adjust export and import schedules promptly depending on the actual situation.
+ Coordinate with other departments to well implement the plan
+ Perform other tasks as directed, report to the Production GM and Plant Director
+ Coordinate with other departments to help optimize work efficiency and successfully implement proposed plans and goals
+ Consulting and advising on production planning activities for the entire company
+ Distribute work to subordinates, check and urge employees to complete tasks

- Candidates need to possess a University degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering or other related majors.
- Have knowledge of quality management systems or related certificates in the manufacturing field.
- Understanding of production management software
- Proficiency in Excel
- Over 5 years experience at production planning mangement position (manufacturing factory)
- Planning skills (prompt, accuracy, suitable for continuous changes according to forecast information from customers)
- Communication skills (exchange, discussion, negotiation, report)
- Skills in managing and organizing work for the team members to complete the job well.
- Previous experience as an "Merchandiser" is also a valuable advantage
- Statistic & analysis skills, and mathematical thinking (good at math)
- Decisive person
- Excelent in English conversation, ability to read and translate English documents (Knowing Japanese is an advantage)
