Mô tả công việc

Leadership and development of planning team
• Monitors KPIs of Planning team
• Reviews capacity modules and schedules
• Directly report to related supervisors.
• Create and implements new planning strategies
• Ensures robust processes and documentation such as procedures, work instructions, planning reports are implemented and maintained
• Responsible for leadership and development Planning team
Capacity strategy and adjustment
• Calculate capacity & propose for next year
• Fix capacity 3 months
• Weekly review HR/ Training... to catch recruitment & training status to have a forecast of trend for next coming.
• Monthly review production team for review output for 3 next months and adjust cap if necessary
Loading follow up and adjustment
• Weekly review booking and order issuance (Which is available in ESCM system)
• Frequently communicate sales & AH to have some anticipation of coming loading
• Update the cap & loading status (Normally by week)
• Check and analyze order receipt/ overall loading to give feedback to EEL PPC & Sales to have action in case of:
Orders not matched with committed capacity
Underload/ overload
Unbalanced loading
• Give direction loading to master plan
• It has overloading & underloading for some months. Fty needs to make adjustment based on the fty production plan
• Make closing monthly report in the end of month. Check the actual output and adjust fallout order or advancement orders
Arrange Master plan
• Fix production plan for the next 3 months based on plan direction
• Set up Master Plan aligned with Plan direction and loading status
• Optimize the production efficiency among sewing lines based on Plan direction
• Review style & output with Production (Executives and PST)
• Secure on- time- delivery of garment orders. Plan down to line level
• Receive GO from EEL, review styles/ TNA and arrange production plan in FR
Control Master plan
• Weekly review material readiness >> Coordinate closely with Sub- Mat, AH to check accessories, fabric, and sample status
• Settle issues impacted on master plan, delivery...
• Adjust production plan in FR in case there are any changes
• Review output and weekly adjust output in FR
• Monitors production preparation, material arrangement
• Weekly Issue production plan
• Weekly hold Production plan meeting with related departments (PST/PRO/TED...) to align master plan with actual status
Other tasks
• Responsible for the enforcement of company&039;s internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management
• Responsible to control and protect company&039;s assets.
• Always ensure compliance towards safety policies and regulation.
• Other duties assigned by Team leader/ Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good at all English skills

• Experience in loading, planning
• Good problem- solving skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience in clerical works
• Leadership
• Experience in production planning
• Foresee and prevent issues

• University degree

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Strong analytical skills with ability collect, organize, analyze, model and interpret data
• Well command in Word, Excel & Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to read internal documents
• Familiar with Power Query, SQL, Power BI, RPA, VBA is a plus.
