Plant Engineering Clerk

Administers the “ACA Maintenance Management File” including equipment records, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and employee information.
Develops, organizes, and distributes weekly maintenance reports for environmental compliance, sustainability tracking, maintenance, and labor.
Prepares and coordinates training and orientation programs for new operators, engineers and other staff.
Report directly to Plant Engineering Manager
Performs numerous administrative assistances to the Maintenance & Repair section
Administers maintenance supervisor and Preventive Maintenance schedules.
Collects, organizes and presents Maintenance & Repair data/charts to ACA management in a clear and concise manner.
Maintains the plant engineering filing system and environmental compliance, process safety management, and other regulatory records.

Ability to initiate appropriate action independently.
A strong working knowledge of the following PC software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and One Note and all other Office 365 suite.
At least 1 year of experience
Experience preparing and giving presentations
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. (EN & VN)
Priority the candidates who has experience for Maintenance & Repair clerk
Intermediate level above
Ability to learn other computer applications (Office 365 including Microsoft Team, TITA v8.1).
Demonstrated problem solving and organizational ability.
Proven ability to perform detailed clerical and mathematical work accurately and efficiently.
