PLANT HEAD – WOOD PELLET

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To develop plans and drive the operations to run smoothly
Create and manage budgets
Evaluate employees and give suggestions for improvement
Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste
To oversee daily operations of Wood Pellet Plant
Recruit, train, and onboard new employees
Analyze data and create reports to present to executives regarding processes
Manage production of Wood Pellet products to meet the capacity target
Enforce health and safety protocols during all stages of production. • Perform routine safety checks on equipment
Oversee work schedules to ensure coverage

REQUIREMENTS:

Willing to be stationed in Indonesia (remote area)
Strong problem- solving capabilities
Having more than ten (10) years of leadership experience in Operations, preferably in the Wood Pellet/MDF/Particle Board production plant
Good communication capabilities and ability to delegate tasks accordingly to each section
Knowledge of health and safety laws
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
Prior experience in manufacturing process troubleshooting desired; demonstrated delegation and problem- solving abilities.
