Role Description
This is a full- time on- site role for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will be responsible for day- to- day operations of the plant, production planning, and manufacturing operations.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks while ensuring timely completion of all responsibilities
Experience in Plant Management and Operations Management
Bachelor&039;s degree in Operations Management or related field
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills
Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
Experience in the food or agricultural industry is beneficial
