Plantation Manager - Chu Puh Gia Lai

Prepare annual budgets and manage expenditures in line with approved budgets.
Ensure proper field maintenance including the appropriate application of agro-chemicals to improve yield and ensure residues are well within mandatory limits.
Advise on infrastructure and capital expenditure requirements.
Brief and mentor supervisory and administrative staff on their respective roles and expectations of the Company
Direct and control the day-to-day operations of the Coffee estate in line with the Company’s guidelines so that yield, cost and quality expectations are met.
Ensure the accuracy of the estate&039;s accounts and proper management of stores; adhere to Company’s directives and SOPs and provide reports as required by HO on time.
Plan and allocate resources, both manpower and materials; especially in an environment where labour may be short of optimum.
Pursue mechanization initiatives of Estate operations (field) and factories
Ensure staff and worker welfare and compliance with labour laws and all occupational safety and health regulations.
Draw up detailed work plans in line with the annual work programmes and ensure that these are carried out in a cost-effective and labour-efficient manner.

Willing to stay at the estate for working ( 80km far away from Pleiku)
Degree/Diploma Holder in Agriculture, Plantation Management or other relevant discipline.
12 to 15 years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Estate Manager in a reputable plantation company.
A person who enjoys the outdoors and “being in the field”
Reasonable computer knowledge specifically Microsoft Excel
