This role will focus on the verification and completion of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) requests submitted by consumers of the PLAYSTUDIOS game apps with the following duties and responsibilities:

Demonstrate professionalism and empathy while interacting with our audience.
Processing up to 140 written requests per day including verification including following up with the consumer and product representatives, and confirming completion.
Documenting and escalating player issues to the appropriate team.
Fluency in our portfolio of games, rewards program, and player Terms of Service.
Report to the support manager and collaborate with other support agents across our offices.

Good command of written and spoken English.
High degree of proficiency in web- based software.
Excellent judgment, adaptability, and information retention.
Drive to exceed productivity goals while maintaining high- quality output.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Deep experience in gaming, tech support, or e- commerce.
2+ years in a high- volume support or QA role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A passion for language and utilizing it to strengthen positive brand perception.
