We’re looking for savvy hotel furniture export manager who can work with US customers on projects on the daily basis

Be able to multi- task and quick in response
Work with the color Lab to develop and match customer’s strike off sample panels
Work with sub- contractors to follow- up with production schedule and to meet deadline
Handle customer purchase Order requests, such as model room and production order, (BOM – Strike off Sample – Drawing/Drawing revisions- Technical- PPS (white wood)- PPS (finishing)- Packing- Shipping)
Work directly with technical, QA/QC and production manager for kick off and on- going projects
Be able to coordinate with all departments to complete your project & objectives
Be able to plan out project timeline and execution without delay
Track sample development and meet deadlines
Problem solving skills
Be able to coordinate with customer for QC inspections, packing and loading reports
Be able to work with different projects simultaneously

Confident in English – must read, write, communicate in proper grammar with foreign customers mainly Americans, Australian and British
Must know CADs
Key quality proactive
Work directly with the Vice President who is a foreigner
3- 5 Years experience in high end custom hotel furniture factory or collection furniture
A* Hire – comes recommended – proven track record of past furniture projects
Respond to emails and quick responsive to customers in the US and UK after normal work hours
Must be super organized and detail oriented
