Working with Prudential in Policy Services team means becoming a part of a prestigious global financial services group and an exciting vision: to be the leader in helping customers achieve their long-term financial goals. You will be the champion to perform daily, ad-hoc tasks & projects related to premium collection via Partners (Bank/Post/Viettel/…) in conformity with approved operating manuals, guidelines with a view to better serving customers in an effective and efficient manner
Key responsibilities:
- To process daily Initial premium collection and Renewal premium collection transactions via Partners (Bank, Post, Viettel,…) and variety type of reports as pre-set workflow, turnaround time, accuracy and productivity
- To co-ordinate with relevant Departments such as Customer Services, Partnership Distribution, Accounting, New Business and Call Center for quickly applying premium for supporting new sale or handling customer requests.
- To solve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- To timely & accurately prepare series of reports for reconciliation with Accounting periodically
- To ready back-up, support colleagues and actively contribute to staff engagement activities
- To co-work for deployment relevant Projects to improve processes and achieve KPIs
- To enhance system, handle QC tasks as requirements
- Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any)
